Our home is centrally located in the charming hilltop neighborhood of Mt. Adams, just about a mile from downtown Cincinnati, 3 short blocks from The Monastery Event Center, and an 8-minute walk from The View. The two-bedroom apartment (one king bed and one queen bed) is the entire first floor/separate unit of our well-tended two-family home with a private entrance and courtyard. We live in the upper unit. Amenities include wifi, Youtube TV & Netflix, Keurig & coffee pods, dishwasher, and hair dryer. Designated parking for one car is available on the street directly in front of the apartment.
We are within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, the Playhouse in the Park, the Cincinnati Art Museum, beautiful Eden Park, and the Krohn Conservatory. The apartment is less than 1.5 miles to Fountain Square, the Reds and Bengals Stadiums, the DORA (Designated Outside Recreation Area), and the riverfront parks and restaurants. Music Hall, the shops, restaurants, theaters, and bars of historic Over-the-Rhine, Washington Park, and the Hard Rock Casino are all within a 5-minute drive. The University of Cincinnati and Xavier University are within 4 miles, as are most of the area's many fine hospitals, including Children's Hospital Medical Center. We welcome families with children and have everything you need for your baby - wooden crib, stroller, and high chair. The Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Gardens and Newport Aquarium are both about a 10-minute drive.

Summary: Host gave good communication ahead of stay. Met us when we arrived to help with check in and parking. Beautiful entire first floor of home with good sized kitchen, well stocked with beverages and other goodies. Split plan with bedrooms opposite side of house were appreciated as my brother snores. Entire home tastefully decorated, large TV with streaming in comfy living room. King size very comfortable bed in a large bedroom with ample clothing storage made this a perfect place for our stay. It's close proximity to The View where we attended a wedding was icing on the cake. Strongly recommend this excellent accommodation, would stay again.

Summary: The apartment is immaculate and adorable! The hosts are pleasant and easy to reach. They have thought of every detail you would want or need during your stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are extremely comfortable. The back patio is perfect for dining or just hanging out. The reserved parking space is a definite bonus. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants, bars, and pubs and just a sort drive from all Cincinnati has to offer. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The hosts are super friendly and responsive to questions. The checkin process is fast and efficient —you get instructions a couple of days before checkin. We highly recommend!

Summary: Everything was great with the check in, etc. The only issue that we had was the Wi-Fi access was very limited and really was unusable. We used the hot spot on our phones, but it would be good if that could be improved.

Summary: Great location, a very comfortable and beautifully set up house in Mt Adams. Parking was perfect - always available, which if important in that neighborhood. Proximity to Eden Park was ideal for walks and city views.

Summary: This was our first time staying in a VRBO and it was absolutely fantastic! The communication from the hosts ahead of time was very detailed and helpful (particularly when it came to parking). The home was exactly as described, and is gorgeous and immaculate. We loved the smart TV and board games in the evening after we got back from our adventures. The location was great and only a few minutes from so many things. 1000% recommend to anyone traveling to Cincinnati.
